Venue Comments

Glen Schwartz managed the Ozone from 1953 until 1958.

Wallis Cinemas bought the Ozone in 1971. It closed the cinema for 6 months and re-opened in December as the Glenelg Cinema Centre with two screens (150 + 700 capacity). Third cinema opened (and coffee lounge) approximately three years later.
Ian Black came in as Manager at the same time and stayed until 1995.
